Eide Ford Lincoln is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team.

This is a customer facing position designed to give the right person a strong foundation in the automotive industry. The Customer Experience Coordinator will rotate through several important areas of the dealership during the first few months, including front desk reception, cashier responsibilities, service customer greeting, and new vehicle delivery support.

This is not just a front desk position. It is a training and growth opportunity for someone who wants to learn how a successful dealership operates. Many team members who have started in similar roles have grown into service advisor, management, administrative, sales support, and other key positions within the company.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities may include:

• Greet customers as they arrive at the dealership and help direct them to the right department
• Welcome service customers and assist with the check in process
• Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and helpful manner
• Assist customers at the front desk
• Process cashier transactions and customer payments
• Support new vehicle deliveries by helping customers understand basic vehicle features
• Help customers pair phones, set up FordPass, connect Bluetooth, and review vehicle technology
• Provide a friendly, helpful experience before, during, and after the customer visit
• Communicate with sales, service, finance, and management teams as needed
• Learn dealership systems, processes, and customer service best practices
• Help keep customer areas organized, clean, and professional
• Assist with other administrative and customer support tasks as needed

Training and Growth

This position includes hands on training in multiple customer facing areas of the dealership. During the first few months, you will rotate through different responsibilities to learn how our departments work together and where your strengths fit best.

Areas of training may include:

• Front desk and phone support
• Cashier and payment processing
• Service customer greeting
• New vehicle delivery and technology setup
• Customer communication and follow up
• Dealership systems and daily processes

As you learn and grow, there will be opportunities for additional responsibilities, advancement, and more competitive pay. This role is a great starting point for someone interested in building a long term career in the automotive business.
