Director Communications

The Director, Communications will lead the development and execution of internal and external communications strategies related to crises, issues management, reputation protection and incident response across Honeywell. This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and partners closely with Legal, Human Resources, Government Relations, Investor Relations and business communications teams to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent communications during critical events.The ideal candidate is an experienced communications professional with exceptional judgment, strong media relations skills and a demonstrated ability to navigate complex and sensitive situations in a corporate environment. This role requires flexibility to respond to emerging issues outside normal business hours and the ability to lead high-stakes communications efforts in a fast-moving, global environment.Prior experience supporting financial communications, investor-related announcements, earnings and/or M&A transactions is a plus.You will report directly to our Sr Director, Communications and you’ll work out of our Charlotte location on a Hybrid work schedule.Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
