Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of desserts.
• Ensure consistency in product quality and presentation by following established recipes.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized baking station in compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques.
• Ability to work early morning shifts and flexible hours as needed.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality baked goods.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods during shifts.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
