Territory Sales Representative

Position Summary

The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, new and existing, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth within PA, WV, and OH. This position will primarily represent the Company’s Snubbing Services and secondarily will represent our Nitrogen Services Division. This role will work directly with completions and production engineers, superintendents and on-site consultants. This individual will need to be comfortable selling within corporate office environments as well as spending time in the field with customer representatives building relationships. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong personal drive, excellent communication, relationship-building skills, and the ability to develop business in a competitive, field-based environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales and market share
• Regularly visit customer locations, well sites, field offices, and other industry locations to understand customer needs and promote company services
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Create quotes and presentations
• Coordinate with operations, management, and other internal departments to ensure customer commitments are met and handled with urgency
• Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, customer demand, and industry trends
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular updates regarding sales opportunities, customer activity, customer concerns and threats of changes in business
• Develop relationships with decision-makers and network with other service companies that provide complimentary services
• Participate in industry networking events where beneficial for gathering market information 
• Work closely with operations to ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with customer expectations
• Address customer concerns and coordinate timely resolution of service issues
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, forecasts (including customer job timing)
• Travel throughout the assigned territory (WV, PA, OH) as necessary to support customer relationships and business development. May include overnight travel and after hours or weekend events/ meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales, business development and/ or oil and gas industry experience preferred
• Strong understanding of oil and gas field operations and customer needs
• Proven ability to develop new business and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with operations and management
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout WV, OH, PA
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Work Environment

This position is primarily focused on customer development and field-based sales activity. The Sales Representative should expect regular travel throughout the assigned territory, including visits to customer offices, production facilities, well sites, and other oil and gas locations. The position may require occasional overnight travel, attendance at industry events, and frequent work outside normal business hours to accommodate customer and operational needs.

Compensation

Compensation may consist of a base salary combined with a performance-based sales incentive/ bonus structure. Additional Company benefits include a company vehicle, fuel card, cell phone, health insurance, retirement benefits with 401K matching, paid time off, and other Company-sponsored benefits.
