The individual will partner closely with business leaders and global Human Resources, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition teams. In addition to managing executive searches, this individual will help establish a scalable executive recruitment framework, including processes, documentation, tools, governance, and best practices that promote consistency across regions. The successful candidate will bring deep executive recruiting expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders throughout a complex, global matrix organization.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Minimum 10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including significant executive recruiting responsibility.Demonstrated success recruiting Director, Senior Director, Vice President, and other executive-level professionals.People-management experience.Experience building or enhancing recruiting processes, frameworks, and programs.Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders.Proven ability to work effectively within a highly matrixed, global organization.Experience partnering with Compensation, HR, and senior business stakeholders on executive hiring decisions.Strong analytical skills and experience using recruiting metrics to inform decisions.Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, and project-leadership skills.What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)Executive Search LeadershipLead full-cycle recruitment for Director, Senior Director, and Vice President-level positions across the Americas.Develop and execute global executive search strategies that identify and attract top leadership talent.Build robust executive candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, networking, and talent engagement.Partner with hiring leaders and HR stakeholders to define search requirements, candidate profiles, and leadership competencies.Deliver an exceptional executive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.Executive Recruiting Program DevelopmentDesign, build, and implement a scalable global executive recruiting framework.Establish standardized processes, governance, documentation, tools, templates, and resources to support executive hiring.Create consistent approaches to executive candidate assessment, interview management, stakeholder engagement, and offer development.Serve as the subject-matter expert for executive recruiting processes and best practices.Continuously improve recruiting operations through process optimization and data-driven recommendations.Global Collaboration and Matrix LeadershipPartner closely with Talent Acquisition leaders and recruiters across EMEA and APAC to promote consistency in executive hiring practices.Influence and collaborate across regions without direct reporting authority.Share best practices, frameworks, and market intelligence to support a global executive recruiting strategy.Foster strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.Serve as the central point of contact for executive candidates and key stakeholders throughout the hiring process.Work effectively within a highly matrixed organization.Internal Mobility and Succession SupportPartner with Talent and HR leaders to advance executive-level internal mobility initiatives.Support the identification and movement of internal leadership talent.Compensation and Employment This role requires authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship. The hourly pay rate for this position is $41.00 - $54.00 per hour W2, depending on experience and qualifications.
