Role: Senior QA Engineer - Web3 Applications

Locations: New York, NY (Hybrid)

Type of Hiring: Contract

Job Description:

Experience: 6+ years in software testing, with 2+ years in blockchain/Web3 testing

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for Web3 applications
Validate blockchain transactions, node interactions, and on-chain data flows
Develop and maintain automation frameworks for Web3 systems
Perform functional, integration, and regression testing across decentralized environments
Collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality and defect-free releases
Track defects and ensure timely resolution

Mandatory Skills:

Strong experience in software testing and automation

Proven experience testing Web3 or blockchain applications
Hands-on experience with on-chain account testing
Familiarity with API testing tools and automation frameworks (e.g., Rest-Assured, Postman, Selenium)

Good to Have:

Knowledge of blockchain networks and transaction lifecycle
Understanding of smart contracts (for testing perspective only)

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
