Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Perform thorough clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices tailored to individual circumstances. \n
- Utilize therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to provide effective treatment addressing issues like trauma, anxiety, and depression. \n
- Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality regulations while keeping accurate records of client progress. \n
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to devise comprehensive treatment approaches for our clients. \n
- Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to refine therapeutic practices and share insights for improved patient care. \n
- Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available treatment options, fostering a deeper understanding and supporting their journey towards recovery. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about advancements in mental health research and treatment modalities. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. \n
- An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within Pennsylvania. \n
- Ability to apply solution-focused interventions to develop unique care strategies aligned with each client’s needs. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate the establishment of therapeutic rapport and trust with clients. \n
- Exceptional problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making abilities, especially in navigating complex emotional situations. \n

- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing mental health services is required. \n
