Job Description As a Security Officer - Post Entry in Litchfield Park, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor activity, and support a secure environment for employees, visitors, and operations. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and remain visible to help deter incidents. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.25 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 11:00 PMTue03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWed11:00 PM - 07:00 AMThur11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Monitor access points for employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel; verify credentials and maintain accurate entry and exit records in accordance with site procedures. Control vehicle and pedestrian access at gates, docks, and other designated entry points; direct authorized traffic and report unauthorized access attempts. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed. Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report security‑related concerns. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
