Senior Sourcing Analyst

Leading strategic sourcing initiatives, the full-time Senior Sourcing Analyst will manage complex services engagements across various categories, drive negotiations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment. Key responsibilities: Own end-to-end sourcing for complex services engagements, from intake through RFx, evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, SLAs, and key business terms while partnering with various stakeholders to mitigate risks Analyze spend patterns and market dynamics to drive category-level insights and improve commercial outcomes Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, particularly in services categories such as BPO and marketing Proven ability to manage complex sourcing projects and negotiations independently Experience with quantitative analysis on vendor proposals and spend data to inform sourcing strategies Familiarity with S2P systems and contract management processes Track record of effective operation in an async-first environment, driving timely decisions across teams
