Housekeeper (Part-Time)

About the Role Part‑Time Housekeeper is an essential team member who maintains overall appeal of the apartment community while displaying a warm, friendly personality. Responsibilities Perform daily property walks to keep the property looking clean and tidy. Clean common areas such as pools, gyms, laundry rooms, and offices. Maintain cleanliness of floors, carpets, windows, and tile grout. Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies; notify supervisor when supplies are needed. Respond to resident and staff needs promptly; communicate updates and escort issues to appropriate parties. Follow all safety and OSHA requirements; ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum one year of experience as a Housekeeper or similar position. Ability to speak and understand English. General computer knowledge. Knowledge of and ability to use standard cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail, organizational and time‑management skills. Ability to work independently. Flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
