It is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants to build valuable technical manufacturing skills.Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour Schedule: 1st Shift | 7:30 AM–5:00 PMWhat You'll DoPerform precision hand assembly and insulation wrapping according to detailed specifications.Apply specialized materials with consistent pressure, alignment, and coverage.Prepare, clean, finish, and inspect components throughout the production process.Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and production equipment safely.Follow work instructions, engineering drawings, production travelers, and quality documentation.Complete in-process inspections and identify defects or inconsistencies.Enter production and inspection information into digital systems.Work alongside manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to improve processes.Participate in workplace organization, continuous improvement, and production scaling efforts.Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area.What We're Looking ForPrevious experience performing detailed handwork, assembly, sewing, upholstery, electronics assembly, automotive work, aerospace production, medical device manufacturing, or similar work.Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to consistent quality.Ability to perform repetitive, close-tolerance work for extended periods.Experience following written work instructions, drawings, blueprints, or assembly documentation is preferred.Basic computer skills and the ability to document completed work accurately.Familiarity with quality inspections, lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement is a plus.Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.Work Environment and Physical RequirementsThis position is based in a manufacturing and production facility. Team members may be required to wear safety glasses, gloves, respirators, safety footwear, and other personal protective equipment.Candidates must be able to:Stand for extended periods.Perform repetitive hand and wrist movements throughout the workday.Maintain steady hand pressure and precision during detailed assembly work.Lift, move, and handle production materials as required.Work safely with precision tools and manufacturing equipment.Work occasional overtime based on production needs.
