Hourly Compensation : $24.10 / hour (USD), Non-Exempt Overtime Eligible
(This is a fixed hourly wage rate. No wage range exists).

Plus service charge added to all checks.

ABOUT OUR HOTEL

• 4th largest hotel in Seattle with 557 rooms, 28,000 sq. ft of meeting space

• Three onsite Beverage and Food outlets, The Fig & The Judge Restaurant, the 515 Bar & Lounge, The 515 Coffee Bar

Support the Beverage & Food team by ensuring restaurant and banquet operations run efficiently in our Club Lounge while helping create an exceptional guest experience. This position assists with dining room setup, food and beverage service support, cleanliness, stocking, and other operational tasks to ensure guests receive prompt, professional service.

• Set and reset tables according to service standards.
• Assist servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff with food and beverage operations.
• Clear, clean, and reset dining tables and work areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, service stations, and back-of-house areas.
• Restock supplies, condiments, linens, dishes, and service items as needed.
• Deliver food, beverages, and other items to support service when requested.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide courteous, responsive service to guests and team members.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

• Must possess a valid Washington State Food Worker Card or be able to obtain one within 14 days of hire.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform frequent lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, and other physical duties throughout the shift.
