Glenbrook Aquatics - Assistant Coach

Glenbrook High School District 225 is seeking Assistant Coaches for Glenbrook Aquatics. The assistant coach plays a crucial role in promoting good sportsmanship, swimmer retention, and overall program success, working under the guidance of the Head Age Group Coach and Head Coach. Education and/or Experience and Qualifications Certification in CPR and First Aid (or ability to obtain it within 1 month of hire). USA Coaching certification (or ability to obtain it within 1 month of hire). Background in competitive swimming, with coaching experience preferred. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of current diving techniques, rules, and training methodologies.
