Human Resources Administrator

Compensation: $48,000–$56,000 base salary + ROA bonus and profit sharing A leading industrial manufacturing organization is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join an established HR team and support day-to-day Human Resources operations. This position is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys staying organized, supporting employees, coordinating onboarding and recruiting activities, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring the administrative side of HR runs smoothly. If you have experience with HR administration, onboarding, HRIS systems, employee records, recruiting coordination, payroll/timekeeping, or Microsoft Office , this opportunity offers exposure to a broad range of Human Resources responsibilities. What You’ll Do Assist with onboarding new employees. Support I-9 documentation, drug screenings, background checks, and other onboarding requirements. Maintain employee information and HR records within HRIS platforms. Scan, organize, maintain, and update personnel documentation and files. Help ensure documentation remains accurate and audit-ready. Coordinate interviews and prepare interview materials and packets. Support recruiting and talent acquisition activities. Assist with benefits, payroll, time and attendance, training, and other HR functions. Support records management, reporting, data management, and HR projects. Assist with maintaining compliance with personnel policies, practices, and applicable requirements. Process administrative work requests, requisitions, invoices, and payment requests. Assist with company events, employee recognition programs, charitable initiatives, and other employee activities. Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources team as needed. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of Human Resources experience . Proficiency with computers and the Microsoft Office suite. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Strong dependability, accountability, initiative, and teamwork. Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following areas would be especially valuable: Human Resources within a manufacturing or industrial environment SAP SAP SuccessFactors HRIS platforms Employee Central Payroll Time and attendance systems Employee onboarding Employment laws and regulations What Success Looks Like Success in this position means becoming a dependable resource for the HR team and keeping critical administrative processes organized and moving. You will be expected to maintain accurate personnel documentation, keep records current and audit-ready, understand the complete onboarding process, coordinate interviews effectively, and consistently follow through on the administrative work supporting recruiting and Human Resources. Compensation Base Salary: $48,000–$56,000, depending on experience and overall fit. The position also participates in a performance-based bonus program (ROA) and profit sharing .
