With a flexible, part-time schedule on Wednesdays and Thursdays (10-15 hours weekly), you'll have the opportunity to focus on each student’s individual progress while maintaining excellent work-life balance.

Qualifications:

  • Current, active Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of Massachusetts
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
  • Demonstrated experience or interest in pediatric and school-based SLP services, particularly with high school populations
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset to engage students, families, and team members effectively

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse high school caseload
  • Complete comprehensive evaluations and documentation per state and district guidelines
  • Attend and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as needed
  • Work closely with educators, administrators, and families to support student success and progress toward IEP goals
  • Ensure all therapy and paperwork remain compliant with state and district requirements

This contract role offers a competitive hourly rate between $50 and $55, with weekly pay cycles to keep things simple and stress-free.
