AI Trainer and Evaluator

Supporting AI data and language projects, the hourly contractor AI Trainer and Evaluator will work remotely on a flexible basis, focusing on content generation, data annotation, and evaluating AI-generated responses for accuracy and cultural appropriateness. Key responsibilities Generate high-quality prompts and model responses or record voice samples to guide AI learning Label, classify, and structure documents to support AI training datasets Review AI-generated responses for accuracy, coherence, and cultural nuances Required qualifications Native speaker of American English born and raised in the United States Excellent editorial judgment regarding tone, punctuation, and cultural nuance Ability to identify meaning drift, ambiguity, and locale inconsistencies Experience in fact-checking localized content using reliable sources Reliable, self-directed, and able to maintain quality across time zones
