Exciting Opportunity for Experienced ICU Nurses!

Job Description:


- Join a dynamic and rewarding environment as an ICU Nurse!
- Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM; 36 hours scheduled; 24 hours guaranteed.
- Seeking experienced candidates ready to work in an Adult ICU.
- Must have stroke experience and NIHSS certification.
- Required to wear Navy scrubs.
- Flexibility is key: Available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ensure you're ready to start on the listed start date or no more than one week later.
- Maintain a maximum of 7 days RTO (Request Time Off) and no RTO during the first week of the assignment.
- Candidates must be Arizona residents eligible for assignments outside Arizona facilities.

Submission Requirements:


- Minimum of 24 months of ICU experience, with recent experience in the last 12 months (REQUIRED).
- Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (REQUIRED).
- No hits on state license to practice (REQUIRED).
- Provide driver's license to verify residency (REQUIRED).
- Travel experience is highly preferred.
- Complete Banner Cover Page (REQUIRED).
- Resume listing all facilities, departments worked, trauma level designation, and the number of beds (REQUIRED).
- ICU skills checklist must be completed in the last 12 months (REQUIRED).
- Active license to practice verified in the last 30 days (REQUIRED).
- Active ACLS certification from approved vendor (REQUIRED).
- Active BLS certification from approved vendor (REQUIRED).
