Activities Director Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive activities program that is tailored to the unique needs and interests of our residents Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure that activities align with individualized care plans and promote resident well-being Plan and execute a variety of activities, including arts and crafts, music therapy, exercise programs, and social events Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities and make recommendations for improvements Maintain accurate records of activities and program participation Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and staff members to promote a warm and welcoming atmosphere Activities Director Requirements: Prior experience in activities coordination or a related field, in a leadership capacity Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with regulations and standards related to long-term care facilities #J-18808-Ljbffr Premier Healthcare LLC
