Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in Inpatient (IP) services is needed in a short-term acute care facility located in Walla Walla, Washington. This position involves evaluating and treating adult patients across all hospital units, including acute care, ICU, medical, surgical, and inpatient rehabilitation. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of the assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Walla Walla, Washington
• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Washington State licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) license, 1 year of acute care experience, ability to float between units, and experience with adult rehabilitation, edema massage, functional splints, kinesiotaping, orthoplast, and static splints.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Epic charting system and trauma level I or II experience.
• Float: Float rotation may be required within the hospital units.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be flexible to work across various units including ICU, medical, and inpatient rehab. The role requires independence, strong time management skills, and the ability to handle diverse patient diagnoses such as multi-trauma, TII, SCI, CVA, surgical, orthopedic, Parkinson's, and MS.
• Schedule and Hours: Dayshift, 10 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 06/29/2026.
• Other Requirements: Must include responses to specific screening questions about previous Providence facility employment and references. Candidates should be prepared to float within the facility and follow all compliance and submittal procedures.
