Job ID#: 40601 Job Title: Escrow Officer Location: Austin, TX (Onsite) Overview: Join our Client's team as an Escrow Officer, managing the full escrow process in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Based in Austin, TX, you’ll ensure smooth closings and excellent service for our clients and partners. Key Responsibilities: Manage escrow from start to finish, including preparing and reviewing closing documents per CFPB/TRID and RESPA guidelines. Review and verify survey, title reports, contracts, and lender documents for accuracy. Order necessary documents (HOA Cert, Tax Cert, Survey) and coordinate with the title department to resolve title issues. Conduct face-to-face closings, explain lender documents, and handle disbursement of funds. Record legal documents and coordinate title policy preparations. Maintain communication with builders, buyers, lenders, and realtors throughout transactions. Qualifications: At least 3 years of escrow experience, preferably with builder accounts. Knowledge of escrow procedures, title software (SoftPro a plus), and active Notary Public. Detail-oriented, organized, with excellent communication skills.
