With an emphasis on clinical excellence, innovation, and personalized care, we empower individuals to achieve lasting recovery.We're looking for a dedicated RN Director of Nursing to lead our clinical nursing team and ensure the highest standards of care across our behavioral health programs.Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic leadership and daily oversight for the nursing management teamEnsure inpatient programs are appropriately staffed and equipped to deliver safe, effective careOversee performance evaluations, staff supervision, and ongoing competency developmentEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and accreditation standardsAct as liaison among physicians, patients, referral sources, and staffMonitor and analyze patient satisfaction data, presenting monthly reports to the PI committeeParticipate in quality improvement (PI), safety initiatives, and community outreachSupport and contribute to staff orientation, continuing education, and professional developmentMonitor staffing levels and budgetary benchmarks; adjust as necessaryAnalyze clinical trends to improve outcomes and operational efficiencyPromote a culture of excellence in patient care, customer service, and teamworkQualifications:BSN or MSN with current or eligible RN license in the State of OhioMinimum 3 years of clinical leadership experience in behavioral health or psychiatric nursingStrong knowledge of psychiatric nursing care, protocols, and compliance regulationsProven experience in developing and implementing clinical policies and proceduresSkilled in managing the therapeutic environment and leading staff training programsExcellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilitiesDemonstrated commitment to high-quality, patient-centered careCurrent CPR certification requiredJoin a mission-driven team making a true impact in behavioral health.
