Must be able to:
Review Treatment Plans with patient and present pricing as an investment in health
Comfortable talking about finance options or offering third-party financing
High case acceptance
Understands dental insurance coverage benefits when presenting treatment
Looking for enthusiastic and can comfortably discuss money and help overcome patient obejections
Methodical enough to track pending treatment needed and following up with patients to fill the schedule
Keep the practice schedule optimized
The vibe that lets a patient instantly know they are in the right place
