Now Hiring: Assembly Associate – Day Shift
Macedon, NY | $16.50/hr | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity | Clean, Light-Duty Work | Weekly Pay

Join a well-established manufacturing company in Macedon, NY, where you'll work in a clean, organized environment assembling small components by hand. This role includes light-duty assembly work and the use of epoxy adhesives as part of the production process. No heavy lifting or loud machinery just detailed work you can take pride in.

Job Duties:

• Hand-assemble lightweight lanyard parts with care and precision
• Apply epoxy adhesives to components following specific instructions
• Inspect products for quality and consistency
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow standard procedures and safety guidelines, including proper handling of materials

You’ll Do Well in This Role If You:

• Reliable Transportation
• Enjoy hands-on, repetitive work with attention to detail
• Are comfortable working with small parts and adhesives (training provided)
• Can stand or sit for extended periods
• Are reliable and show up ready to work each day
• Have experience in assembly, production, or warehouse work (a plus but not required)
