$17 - $19 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring every dish is flavorful and visually appealing.
• Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment, fostering a spirit of teamwork.
• Assist in the daily preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and marinating, to ensure readiness for service.
• Monitor food stock levels and communicate with the kitchen manager to ensure timely replenishment of ingredients.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for both staff and guests.
• Contribute to menu development by providing feedback and suggestions for new dishes, embracing creativity and innovation.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude, supporting a culture of respect and collaboration within the kitchen team.

Qualifications:

• Experience in preparing and cooking menu items in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
