Position Summary We are seeking a Family Practice Physician with geriatric experience and a strong interest in caring for older adults to join our Family Medicine team. This role provides comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult and geriatric patients, including preventive care, chronic disease management, medication management, acute care, and coordination of complex health needs. The physician will also have the opportunity to work closely with our Family Medicine Residency Program , including teaching, mentoring, and supervising residents and medical students. The ideal candidate is passionate about Family Medicine, geriatric care, medical education, and serving diverse patient populations in a community health setting. Physicians also have the opportunity to be involved with our Family Medicine Residency Program , providing mentorship, teaching, and clinical supervision while helping support the next generation of Family Medicine physicians.
