We are seeking an  experienced HVAC Account Manager  to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Join our team of Account Managers at a successful family-owned commercial HVAC maintenance and repair company operating in San Diego for 40+ years. We have one immediate opening for a highly motivated individual for this Monday through Friday position. The company provides opportunities for further learning and personal growth.  Air Conditioning/HVAC experience is preferred but not required. Career growth through our internal training program is encouraged.

We offer an extremely competitive pay and benefits package, including Medical, 401(k), Vacation, and an extensive Holiday Plan. Candidates  should have 2+ years’ experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, or a similar trade.

Compensation:

$30 - $45 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers

• Promote client relationships through continuous communication

• Generate clear and concise communication and reports

• Be an integral contributor to discussions and solutions to benefit the success and growth of the company and its clients

• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments

• Create sales material to present to customers

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus but not required
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Typing ability of at least 35 WPM
• HVAC knowledge, education, and experience are a plus but not required
• Two years similar position
