Job Summary:
The Case Manager will collaborate with a group of employees consisting of internal department directors, calendar leads, production associates, scheduling associates, court reporters, videographers, affiliates, and other vendors, as needed, to ensure flawless execution on managed cases. The Case Manager will be servicing the requests from a group of clients consisting of law firms, attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, etc. The case manager serves as a liaison between clients and the internal group of employees working on the case.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Manage resources to specific performance expectations to create an engaged and accountable pool of resources that delivers a superior client experience. Collaborate with manager to provide regular and ongoing communication.
Dependent upon the case/client, the Case Manager may also be required to perform or share the following duties (Client Services and Calendar Manager): Utilize all available information to assign most appropriate resources to every job. Respond to urgent client and resource requests outside normal business hours. Build and nurture working relationships with all area service resources. Partner with Sales to ensure client satisfaction. Consult with Production team for all requested deliverables.
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Proactivity and responsiveness (during non-business hours, as well). Team player, ability to work closely with others for a common goal. Must be detail-oriented with the ability to plan work effectively, meet deadlines and make sound decisions. Ability to multi-task and shift priorities. Ability to resolve challenges and drive process improvement. Ability to work under pressure. Excellent verbal and written grammar, spelling and punctuation skills.
