Production Foam OperatorOur client, manufacturing industry is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the foam production process. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.Location: Charlotte, NCPay Range: $22.50 per hourShift: Night shift, 4:00pm – 2:00am, Monday - ThursdayWhat's the Job?Operate the automated Seimpelkamp foam system on the manufacturing line.Accurately complete daily production and scrap reporting.Perform routine checks, including temperature settings and foam density measurements, to ensure quality and productivity.Calibrate chemicals used in the foam production process.Perform routine maintenance on equipment and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations.What's Needed?Strong communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.High dexterity and skill in assembling doors, quality checks, and understanding construction specifications.Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, with knowledge of fractions and decimals.Ability to read and interpret instructions, blueprints, and schedules.Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual carts safely and effectively.What's in it for me?Opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Gain valuable experience in foam manufacturing processes.Work with a dedicated team committed to safety and quality.Potential for overtime and career growth within the organization.Be part of a company that values diversity and inclusion.
