Job Details

Defend Proposition 65 litigation matters
Handle California Legal Remedies Act (CLRA) claims
Manage Unfair Competition Law (UCL) and False Advertising litigation
Represent clients in property contamination disputes
Defend and prosecute matters involving citizen suits under the federal Clean Water Act
Conduct legal research regarding environmental laws and regulations
Advise clients on consumer product compliance requirements
Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and legal memoranda
Participate in case strategy development and litigation management
Work directly with clients and provide practical business-focused legal advice
Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice groups
Manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school
Active admission to practice law in California
2+ years of relevant litigation experience
Experience with Proposition 65 matters strongly preferred
Experience with consumer protection and advertising-related claims
Experience handling environmental litigation and regulatory counseling
Strong academic credentials
Excellent legal writing and research skills
Superior analytical and organizational abilities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
