Required Skills 4+ years of experience with low-code/no-code software design and development 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, and development methods Experience with ServiceNow ITBM development and integration, including Application Portfolio Management Experience working with web technologies, including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS TS/SCI clearance Bachelor’s degree ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Certification such as Security+ Certification within 30 days of start date Preferred Skills Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and participating in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) Experience with requirements management and Jira or similar RTM platforms Experience creating quick proof‑of‑concepts for the customer Experience coordinating between cross‑functional teams Experience with AWS or Azure Experience with ServiceNow applications and modules such as CSM, ITOM, SecOps, or HRSD‑ITIL v3 Foundations Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist Certification Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
