About the Role As an Associate in our Supply Chain & Industrials Venture Studio, you will be at the forefront of identifying, shaping, and incubating AI-driven and SaaS innovations. With a background in product management, B2B startups, venture building, or strategy/management consulting (3–5 years of relevant experience), you will drive critical research and project execution to bring new ventures to life. This role is ideal for a driven, curious, and resourceful thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leveraging advanced technology to tackle real-world industrial problems. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with studio leaders and Entrepreneurs-in-Residence (EIRs) to identify industry pain points and shape AI-enabled or SaaS solutions targeting manufacturing, logistics, and other industrial segments. Generate and refine new investment theses that guide our incubations based on deep sector insights. Serve as a bridge between corporate stakeholders, entrepreneurs-in-residence, and the broader team to ensure alignment of incubation solutions and market needs. Own multiple incubation workstreams, driving day-to-day execution, including setting milestones, managing budgets, and coordinating resources. Conduct in-depth primary and secondary research on market trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging technologies across supply chain and industrials. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-potential founders, startups, and technology partners that align with the studio’s investment focus. Produce high-quality presentations, memos, and research documents for investment committees, co-investors, and strategic partners. Qualifications 3-5 years in relevant roles (venture studio, startup operations, venture capital, management consulting, or product management). Adept at market analysis, financial modeling, and data synthesis for early-stage ventures. Exposure to AI, machine learning, or data-driven software solutions is preferred, particularly for industrial applications. Familiarity with early-stage venture dynamics (SAFE notes, incorporation mechanics, investor materials, basic go-to-market). Driven to take ownership, thrive in ambiguity, and eager to explore innovative solutions. Demonstrated ability to produce clear written and verbal communications for internal and external stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, business, finance, or related discipline is preferred. Why Join Us?
