• Scope of Practice: This role goes beyond traditional hospitalist work, including ER coverage, nursery support, and real-time consultation with village health aides , offering variety and high-impact clinical decision-making.

• Competitive Compensation: Minimum starting pay of $120.60/hour , DOE, with compensation determined using a structured formula based on experience.
• Sign-On & Retention Bonuses:
  • $35,000 sign-on bonus (2-year agreement)
  • $75,000 sign-on bonus (3-year agreement)
  • Retention bonuses up to 9.1% annually based on contract length
