Job Summary

Perfecto Staffing is seeking a motivated, organized, and results-driven Recruiting Specialist to join our growing team! This position is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates with our clients. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about connecting people with employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified candidates for warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, administrative, and other positions.
• Conduct phone screenings, interviews, and candidate assessments to determine qualifications and job fit.
• Post and manage job openings across Indeed, social media, and other recruiting platforms.
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, background checks, and pre-employment screenings.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet client staffing needs.
• Communicate regularly with clients and hiring managers regarding job requirements and staffing updates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update applicant tracking systems.
• Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and required employment documentation.
• Follow up with placed employees to ensure successful assignments and client satisfaction.
• Meet recruiting goals, placement targets, and deadlines while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, or customer service preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the staffing industry, particularly warehouse, manufacturing, or light industrial recruiting.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards such as Indeed.
• Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to meet recruiting goals and handle high-volume hiring demands.
