JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking to hire a Logistics & Inventory Support Specialist to support an FAA program in Frederick, MD. This individual will oversee the utilization of the program spares pool, including restocking, tracking, and deploying replacement devices to support ongoing operations. The candidate will use corporate, customer, and third-party tools to maintain accurate records of deployed system configurations and equipment swaps. They will be responsible for maintaining an organized workstation and storage area in accordance with company operational standards. This position requires participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation and the ability to respond to urgent shipping requests that support critical system issue resolution. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in a professional business environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors Degree
+ 2 years of Material Handling experience
- SAP experience
- Computer skills
