The Opportunity:

Lead the strategic design, implementation, and ongoing management of Zero Trust security frameworks across the organization. Develop and execute a comprehensive Zero Trust strategy that aligns security initiatives with business objectives while guiding cross-functional teams in deploying core capabilities such as identity and access management, network segmentation, and advanced threat detection. Collaborate closely with IT, compliance, and business units to assess current infrastructure and drive adoption of Zero Trust principles. Monitor emerging security trends and regulatory changes to ensure organizational defenses remain effective and compliant. Provide thought leadership on best practices and innovative approaches to Zero Trust architecture. Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiations, and integration of supporting technologies. Conduct risk assessments, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the overall security posture.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including Zero Trust frameworks
• 5+ years of experience leading and delivering large technical projects
• Experience in cloud security, identity and access management, and network architecture
• Experience in successfully implementing enterprise-wide security solutions
• Ability to collaborate with project and proposal teams effectively and incorporate Cybersecurity solutions, and develop high-quality implementation plans and roadmaps
• Ability to think strategically with a proactive approach to solving complex security challenges
• Ability to collaborate, adapt, and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $162,800.00 to $303,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
