Join Our Dynamic ICU Float Pool Team - Exciting Opportunity: Join a highly skilled team in our ICU Float Pool! - Position: Registered Nurse (ICU Float Pool) - Experience Needed: 2 years of ICU experience required. - Licensing: Active CA RN License required at submission. - Certifications: Must possess ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications. - First Time Travelers: Welcomed! Must have experience in a facility with 400 beds or larger. - Special Requirements: - PA Line experience required. - Will be assessed during phone interview and additional checklist. - Large hospital experience is a must. Job Details: - Shift: Night shift from 1900 to 0730. - Work Schedule: Choose between 36 or 48-hour work weeks. - Weekend Requirement: Yes, working weekends is part of the role. - Floating Requirement: This position requires floating to MS/Tele/PCU/Overflow units and Overflow PACU. - Pending License: Not acceptable; must be active at the time of submission. - Scheduling Flexibility: No scheduling requests can be accommodated. Maximum of 7 days off (RTO) allowed, with no requests within the first 2 weeks of assignment.
