FSC Presales Solution Architect

FSC Solution Architect – Responsibilities Participates in the domain technical and business discussions relative to project solution and direction. Develops applicable business process workflows and training documents to support the project requirements and client solution. Assists in the analysis, design and development of a roadmap and implementation based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive solution architecture viewpoint. Gathers and analyzes data and develops solution architectural requirements at project level. Assists with business process re‑engineering to resolve process gaps and solution requirements. Participates in the Dynamics Enterprise governance model. Provides oversight and guidance for Enterprise design documents, modifications, and enhancements. Coaches and mentors team members. Leads in the design and implements long‑term strategic goals and short‑term tactical plans for managing and maintaining business processes. Ensures that proposed solutions and business processes are aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Provides solution architectural expertise, direction, and assistance to Business Analysts, Systems Engineers, other Enterprise Solution Architects, and software development teams. Where applicable, uses expert knowledge to design, develop, and oversee implementation of end‑to‑end integrated systems. Confers with end‑users, clients, or senior management to define business requirements for complex systems and infrastructure development. Models business and systems processes based on findings through use case scenarios, workflow diagrams, and data models. Develops and executes test plans to check business processes, infrastructure, and systems technical performance. Reports on findings and make recommendations for improvement. Requirements BA/BS degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 6 years’ experience designing and working with ERP solutions including D365 FSC, F&O and Dynamics AX. Technical and functional cross‑Enterprise Dynamics modules skills to facilitate configuration, enhancements, development, functional testing, and client and delivery team training. Experience developing strategic systems and solutions architecture plans, business requirements gathering/analysis. Experience in systems, hardware, and network design and development. Compensation Compensation varies by location and role. For Colorado residents: $170,200 – $232,000. For Washington, Illinois, New York, and Southern California residents: $187,200 – $255,100. For Northern California residents: $195,800 – $266,800. Eligible employees at certain levels may participate in a discretionary long‑term financial incentive plan.
