Job Description As an Intern, you will work largely on a project-based assignment supporting our Leasing function at the company. You will have the opportunity to partner across teams and senior leaders to learn from them as they have built extraordinary careers in commercial real estate. Responsibilities Lead a summer long project analyzing demographics, sales, development and leasing activity across properties Assist with tenant prospecting, lead generation and leveraging social media to source new concepts to better identify trends in the market Will have exposure with all parts of the dealmaking process and interaction with cross functional departments to better understand the leasing dealmaking cycle.
