What You'll Be Doing:

• Assisting the orthodontist chairside during procedures
• Helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for
• Keeping things moving in a high-energy, multi-location practice
• Supporting your teammates and celebrating wins (we love team spirit!)

This role requires flexibility to travel between our Reno, Sparks, and Carson City offices.

What We're Looking For:

• Dental/Ortho Assisting Experience: 1-3 years preferred (but we're willing to train the right person!)
• Great Communicator: Friendly, clear, and upbeat
• Team Player: We're big on collaboration and positive vibes
• Flexible & Reliable: Must be able to travel to all locations
