Creative Project Manager

Role Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for keeping creative projects on schedule and ensuring team alignment across all phases of execution. This role focuses on driving progress, maintaining momentum, and supporting creative teams to deliver high-quality work on time.

Time Involved : 3-4 hours/month including the 1-hour monthly committee meeting held via Zoom.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
• Keep creative schedules moving forward and track progress across all tasks.
• Coordinate and align team members to ensure collaboration and efficiency.
• Communicate updates, priorities, and expectations clearly across teams
