Shifts: Primary shifts are 0800-1630, with 1-2 nights a week of overnight on-call (1630-0800); every other to every 3rd weekend rotation

Key Responsibilities of the Hospice RN

• Deliver end-of-life care and support to patients and families
• Coordinate and manage patient care plans
• Perform regular assessments and document patient progress
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide responsive care during overnight shifts

Requirements of the Hospice RN

• RN license
• BLS Certification
• Experience in hospice or end-of-life care is preferred
