Responsibilities:
- Provide critical care nursing to ICU patients in a Level II Trauma Hospital.
- Monitor and assess patient vitals using GE bedside monitors and other advanced equipment.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and advanced procedures including ventilator management.
- Collaborate with intensivists, staff, and team members to deliver patient-centered care.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation in Meditech EMR system.
- Respond swiftly to patient emergencies, including trauma, cardiac arrest, and respiratory issues.
- Support unit operations during high-acuity situations, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
