Job Title

Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist

Key Responsibilities

• Operate specialized, computer-controlled X-ray equipment to produce detailed cross-sectional images of patients' internal organs, bones, and tissues
• Perform CT imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols and physician orders
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images to assist radiologists and physicians in accurately diagnosing diseases, trauma, and disorders
• Maintain equipment functionality and adhere to radiation safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience
• Active ARRT certification (required)
• Proficiency in operating CT imaging equipment and related technology
• Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and imaging protocols

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a tertiary or teaching hospital environment
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR system
