Epic HIM Analyst Remote Job Description

• Provides application overviews and completes data gathering
• Configures the hospital applications based on standards and guidelines
• Documents and builds workflow, standards, and business processes to facilitate

knowledge sharing within and across teams. • Participates in business user discussions to identify the requirements for Franciscan Alliance applications functionality, and workflow.

• Provides project support following the hospital’s support model
• Performs testing for hospital applications and workflow
• Troubleshoots and repairs reported application problems.
• Follows organizational practices for incident, change and requests management.
