HOME LINK INTERNATIONAL INC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician to join our growing team in Asbury, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals by delivering evidence-based behavioral support in a bilingual setting. - Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in home, school, or community settings
- Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior targets during each session
- Communicate effectively with clients and families in both English and Spanish (or applicable second language)
- Assist in skill acquisition programs targeting communication, social, and adaptive behaviors
- Maintain detailed session notes and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with supervisors, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members to support client goals
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or other applicable language) required
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior management techniques
- Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a background check and meet all state and company compliance requirements
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations in and around Asbury, NJ
