Corporate Accountant – Real Estate Accounting Team Cyperus Group LLC is seeking a corporate accountant for its Real Estate Accounting team in Dallas. Base pay: $90,000 – $110,000 per year, plus annual bonus and other compensation. Responsibilities Prepare and review financial statements for the real estate portfolio. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Support internal and external audit processes. Maintain accurate general ledger entries and account reconciliations. Qualifications 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or related industries. Junior level candidate preferred, eager to learn and grow. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
