Financial Advisor First Command Financial Advisors coach military families in their pursuit of financial security. Our reputation has been built on shaping positive financial behaviors through one‑on‑one coaching with military families. Responsibilities Act as the personal coach for military families, focusing on constantly evolving financial plans to achieve short‑term and long‑term goals. Provide guidance on managing day‑to‑day finances, building lifetime assets, and protecting against unexpected events. Engage with the community to identify new clients with the support of local district teams and the Home Office. Partner with local military organizations, units, and supporting institutions to connect directly with the military community. Coach families on comprehensive financial planning, including savings/banking, investments/wealth management, and insurance/risk management. Training and Licensing Support First Command offers a comprehensive training and licensing program designed for veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses. Sponsorship is provided for full registration and licensing, and structured training and test preparation is available to obtain necessary securities and Life & Health licenses. Following completion, advisors can transition into a paid training role and eventually become independent contractors with no earning cap. Desired Qualifications Military experience or affiliation. Bachelor’s degree. Proven leadership skills.
