Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in banking and then spent 18 months as a team member in another agency, gaining valuable experience before opening my own office. I attended Calhoun Community College and Athens State University. I’m married with three kids, and we stay very active as a family through sports like baseball, softball, and wrestling. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers’ needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities.
