Bill Rate $120hr / TBD Associate Product Manager – Data Management Primary Responsibilities Support management of the product backlog for EDM platforms (e.g., Data Catalog, Data Lineage, Reference Data Management, Metadata tools) under guidance of senior product managers Translate business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria Collaborate with engineering teams during sprint ceremonies (planning, refinement, standups) Participate in SIT/UAT/PIV testing by validating features and documenting defects Support product adoption efforts by contributing to documentation, release notes, and user training materials Assist in product lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and post-release support Partner with Engineering and stakeholders to support delivery of product roadmap items and ensure timely execution of defined features Monitor product usage and collect feedback to support continuous improvement Assist in tracking KPIs and preparing reporting insights for leadership Qualification Requirements 2–4 years of experience in analytics, product, or data-related roles Experience working in a technology or data environment (financial services experience is a plus, not required) Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements Strong collaboration skills and ability to work within cross‑functional teams Foundational understanding of data concepts (metadata, lineage, RDM, etc.) Experience using Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools and basic SQL is needed Strong written and verbal communication skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience #J-18808-Ljbffr ManpowerGroup Global, Inc.
