We are currently seeking Full-Time Custodial Supervisor. The custodial Supervisor will be responsible to maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the common areas and parking lot.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Maintain all common areas of the center, including the public restrooms and parking lots, to cleanliness standards set by the company.
• In partnership with Operations Manager, oversees the custodial department.
• Supervises, trains, and evaluates all custodial staff.
• Supervises custodial staff to ensure that all common areas of the center, including restrooms and parking lots, are maintained appropriately.
• Supervises the ongoing performance of all custodial staff to ensure that the property is properly maintained.
• Maintains custodial supply inventory and purchases stock from vendors with the most competitive pricing.
• Trains all custodial staff on cleaning techniques and the proper use of all chemicals and equipment in accordance to CRG Corporate training.
• Perform special projects or other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

• 2 years of custodial supervisor experience or equivalent.
• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (G.E.D.)

Other skills and/or abilities:

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
• Has attention to detail and the ability to complete work in a timely manner.
• Team-oriented
